If EGirl reports that your system is not compatible, you can likely solve the problem by updating your video card drivers. Depending on what type of video card you have, you can download the easy driver install packages at the following sites:

• ATI Radeon Drivers
• Nvidia Geforce Drivers

After installing the drivers and rebooting your computer, EGirl will likely run on your system without errors. If this does not solve the problem, you will need to upgrade your video card, which can be done for as little as $50.

If you aren't sure what the problem is, please run the EGirl troubleshooter on your computer, by going to:

Windows Start Menu->EGirl 1.5.1->Troubleshoot EGirl

Copy the information from the troubleshooter (select the info, and hit control-C), and email it to our support department from the contact page. We'll do our best to determine what is causing the problem.
