EGirl v1.5.1 Alpha Release 2 is complete. It is now possible to alt-tab out of EGirl to the Windows desktop, and resume playing EGirl when you select the EGirl window again. The white screen sometimes (rarely) still appears; this problem will be eliminated in the next release. A few minor loader problems have also been resolved. The following are know bugs in this alpha release:

• Blank white screen sometimes (rarely) appears when exiting a session (solution: alt-tab back to Windows desktop, then click on the EGirl window to resume)
   
• Some SLI systems and multi-monitor systems may exhibit graphical problems. Most systems will not experience this problem. (Please email us if you use an SLI or multi-monitor system and let us know how it runs)
   
• Windows Vista issues: low-end DX9 cards (Radeon 9600, 9800, Geforce FX 5900) yeild slow performance ~20fps, and some textures appear blurry. This is a driver issue, as ATI and NVIDIA are not updating drivers for older hardware.

EGirl v1.5.1 Alpha Release 1 is now avaiable for download. Direct Stim mode is now functional, and the audio problems have been fixed. The EGirl loader no longer requires .NET to be installed, making for an easier installation process and smaller download. The following are know bugs in this alpha release:

EGirl v1.5.1 Alpha Release 0 is now avaiable for download. As this is the first alpha release, it contains quite a few bugs. The following are know bugs and limitations, which will be eliminated in successive alpha and beta releases in the coming week:

• Direct stim mode interaction with dildos is not functioning.
   
• Blank white screen appears when exiting a session (solution: alt-tab to exit if this happens)
   
• Alys and Maia's vocal audio end early during each segment of conversation.
   
• In Windows Vista, low-end DX9 cards (Radeon 9600, 9800, Geforce FX 5900) yeild slow performance ~20fps.
   
• ATI Radeon textures are blurry, and other graphical glitches are apparent
   
• Microsoft .NET 2.0 installer is required, and the installer is run automatically. This takes a *really* long time to install, so we're going to try to eliminate it for the final release.
